Experience evangelist and innuendo extraordinaire, Amelia is also known as TRO’s managing director, overseeing the London, Manchester and Norwich offices of the Shared Experience Agency. Her focus is on improving the strategic effectiveness and creative excellence of the work, which has resulted in multiple industry accolades, including 3 of the last 6 Drum Agency of the Year awards.
Over the last 20 years, Amelia has been delivering all-singing, all-dancing experiences (often involving actual singing and dancing), including everything from major live events, stunts, pop-ups and retail programmes to B2B conferences, employee training and more – in-person, virtual and hybrid – at agencies spanning traditional events, advertising (TBWA\Tequila) and PR (Exposure). Clients past and present include BMW, British Airways, BT, Dell, Heineken, Hitachi, MINI, Porsche, Snap Inc and Unilever.
Amelia is passionate about building a more people-centric and inclusive industry, spearheading the School of Experience at TRO, as well as being on the committee of Omnicom’s Omniwomen programme, and running their events for the last five years with the team at TRO.
