With over 25 years of agency experience, Damian has worked across technology, telco, entertainment and FMCG clients. A true trailblazer, he delivered some of the most beguiling and well-remembered content-driven stunts, such as the guerrilla marketing campaign that involved projecting an image of Gail Porter on the Houses of Parliament in 1999.
He set up Undercurrent in 2001 and consolidated it with three other agencies under the Current Collective Umbrella in 2018, which includes Love The People, House of Experience and The Drop. Having worked with such diverse clients as WWF, Google, Live Nation and TK Maxx, he fully understands what brands need to do in order to present an engaging message to a live audience.
He began his working life as a music journalist after leaving school at 18, working his way up to Deputy Editor at the bi-annual UK Club Guide and the monthly magazine Club On. He later worked as Marketing Director at The End nightclub and then spent five years across a number of agencies, including Cunning Stunts and H25. A true believer in the power of live experiences, Damian inspires the Current Collective team to push boundaries and create innovative brand experiences that strike a chord with consumers.
