Kristy Castleton is the Founder and Chief Memory Maker of Rebel & Soul, a multi-award winning Neuroexperience agency who apply a proprietary neuroscience methodology called INVOLVE ® , to produce highly memorable marketing and live event experiences.
Kristy is both the rebel and the soul, an extrovert and a geek. Her passion for neuromarketing and technology teamed with a love for new experiences, drove her to set up an agency that does things a little differently to all the rest.
The agency is privileged to work with some of the world’s leading brands and agencies like The Macallan, Sephora, HSBC, CNN, Chanel and Dentsu to create marketing campaigns that pack a memory laden punch. Think emotion tracking wearables, gamification, oversize holograms (of Sir Richard Branson amongst others…) and mixed reality, teamed with highly shareable content. Rebel & Soul hold the coveted 2019 Agency of the Year award with both Marketing Magazine, The Special Event Asia and Campaign Asia.
Kristy’s extensive local and global brand experience sees her regularly called upon for insights on Neuroexperience, neuromarketing, experiential marketing, customer engagement, return on investment, leadership and mentorship. Kristy is one of the lead keynotes and judges for the voices of the marketing and events industry in APAC, namely Mumbrella and The Special Event Asia.
Kristy’s vision is to drive global marketing from an art into a science.
