Experience Agency of the Year - Under 40 staff

This award recognises an experiential agency with under 40 staff that has demonstrated experiential excellence over the past year. You need to complete a report telling the judges what you’ve achieved and why you deserve to be named agency of the year. To be eligible, you need to have entered work into other categories but that shouldn’t be a problem. If you’re good enough to win this award,
you’ll have been churning out great work all year. As well as showing us some great examples of successful campaigns, you’ll need to share evidence of:

* Revenue growth
* New business wins
* Testimonials from happy clients

If you think your team of under 40 staff is the best, this is your chance to show them how much you believe in them. We want to reward the best team in the industry. Wherever you are in the event chain, we want to see:

* Successfully achieving objectives
* Testimonials from happy clients

To be eligible, you need to have entered work into other
categories. But that’s what a great team would do anyway.

Event Team of the Year - 40+ staff

If you think your team of 40+ staff is the best, this is your chance to show them how much you believe in them. We want to reward the best team in the industry. Wherever you are in the event, we want to see:

* Smart use of budget
* Imaginative executions
* Successfully achieving objectives
* Testimonials from happy clients

Venue team of the Year

If you think your venue team is the best, this is your chance to show them how much you believe in them. We want to reward the best venue team in the industry. We want to see:

* Fantastic customer service
* Successfully achieving objectives
* Testimonials from happy clients

Venue of the Year

Open to all conference centers, hotels, restaurants, museums, country homes, pubs, clubs or any place hosting an event. Entries will be judged based on their individual performance and will not be judged on capacity.

B2B Experience of the Year

This category is for a B2B experience, event or experiential campaign. There should be no public or customer participation in the project.

B2C Experience of the Year

This category is for a B2C experience, event or experiential campaign. The entry should demonstrate how the event or experience aligned with the brand and reached the target audience.

Innovative Experience of the Year

This category is open to any type of exciting event or experience that pushed the boundaries of creativity. We want to see something that is unlike any experience that has happened before.

Digital/Social Experience of the Year?

Here we want to see an entry that demonstrated seamless digital or social integration with your live experience. How did it transcend into digital, shareable content?

Conference/Exhibition of the Year

This category is for any conference or exhibition that has taken place in the past year. If you have a stand or activation at a conference or exhibition you should enter it into ‘Brand Activation at a festival or large-scale event of the Year’.

In-House Event of the Year

This category is for an event that has taken place internally within an organisation. Agencies who have created an event or experience for a client that happened in-house are eligible to enter.  

Event Technology of the Year

This category is for creative use of technology to enhance an experience or event. An experience/event technology product is also eligible.

Event Production of the Year

This category is to shine a light on the production of an event and the team behind it. We want to learn about how you have gone above and beyond to create an outstanding experience for your clients and helped their vision come to life.

Culinary Experience

This category is for any culinary experience from the past year. This can include food related brand activations at events, event catering or a food experience or event.

Community or Not-for-profit Experience

This category is open to any community or not-for-profit event. Remember charities and not-for-profit organisations are entitled to a 40% discount on entry prices.
