She has 14 years of experience working on live activations and delivering integrated campaigns for a wide portfolio of UK and global clients including PepsiCo, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Samsung, Heineken UK, Coty, Twinings and McLaren.

In 2016 Rachel was appointed to the Board of Initials in recognition of the role that she plays and the contribution she has made to the success of the agency.
"Experiential Marketing continues to be undervalued by some brands and the importance of how an idea is ultimately executed can even be unrecognised by some agencies. Therefore, it’s imperative that awards such as The Drum Experience Awards highlight excellence in this space and showcase how effective this channel can be, along with the high standards the industry expects and celebrates.
I would like to see campaigns that have pushed the boundaries of live activation. Specifically, those that demonstrate how experiential can effectively change consumer behaviour on the ground and can be amplified to justify the investment. Ultimately, I want to be excited by the entries, so much so that I’m envious not to be involved."
